From May 7-16, NEACAC  (New England Association for College Admission Counseling) will host college fairs  in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire. Colleges located across the US will be in attendance.   

Colleges That Change Lives, Inc.  (CTCL) is a non-profit organization including various colleges in the US that are featured in the book Colleges That Change Lives by Loren Pope. CTCL will be offering college fairs in many US cities in 2012. The Boston event will be held on May 23, 2012.   

The AAA Student Lending Program is hosting free seminars and webinars to assist families with the college financial aid application process. Programs will be offered this fall and are open to the public.

CollegeWeekLive offers online college fairs, informational seminars, virtual college open houses and other events focusing on the college admission and financial aid processes. Virtual programs are held throughout the year and are free to attend. Please visit CollegeWeekLive for more information.

Accomplishments and Speaking Engagements

On January 29, 2012, Mindy Popp helped families complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) during College Goal Sunday at Burlington High School in Burlington, MA.

On November 17, 2011,  Mindy Popp offered a college admissions workshop for high school students and staff at More Than Words  in Waltham, MA.

Mindy Popp led a college counseling seminar at the annual  AAA Student Lending Guidance Counselor Training on October 14, 2011. The topic was Fun Activities to Engage Students and Parents in the College Application Process.

On August 17, 2011, Mindy Popp presented a workshop titled "Jump Start the College Application Process"  for the Weymouth Public Libraries.

On October 10, 2010, Mindy Popp presented to members of the Young Presidents' Organization, Inc. at Babson College in Wellesley, MA. The topic was Making the Most of Your College Visits.

On August 24, 2010, Mindy Popp led a college admissions workshop for high school students and staff at More Than Words in Waltham, MA.

Mindy Popp presented a college admissions webinar, Supporting Your Clients in the College Application Process, for the National Institute of Certified College Planners on June 29, 2010.
